Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Tarangire game drive

🚐 Morning departure from Arusha
Pick-up from your hotel at 7:30 AM and scenic drive of approximately 2 hours to Tarangire National Park.

🌿 Full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park
Explore one of Tanzania’s most wildlife-rich parks, famous for its large elephant herds and majestic baobab trees.

🦓 Wildlife sightings may include
Elephants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, impalas, antelopes, waterbucks, baboons, dwarf mongooses, and fringe-eared oryx.

🦁 Predators of Tarangire
Lions, cheetahs, and leopards are often spotted throughout the park.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area → Serengeti National Park

🚐 Morning drive toward Serengeti National Park
Depart toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscapes open into endless savannahs dotted with acacia trees.

🌍 Journey through iconic African scenery

Day 3: Serengeti Half-Day Game Drive → Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Start the day with a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, the best time to spot predators and active wildlife.

🦓 Wildlife viewing experience
Enjoy sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and a variety of bird species in their natural habitat.

🍽 Early hot lunch
After the game drive, enjoy an early hot lunch before departing the park.

🚐 Afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving in the late afternoon.

🏨 Evening at the lodge
Arrival around 5:00 PM at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Adventure

🌄 Full day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater
Descend 610 metres into the crater and experience Africa’s best game viewing, thanks to the permanent water supply on the crater floor.

🦏 Spot rare and endangered wildlife
Look for black rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants with giant tusks, wildebeest, buffalo, zebras, elands, Grant’s & Thomson’s gazelles, and scavengers like spotted hyenas, jackals & wild dogs.

🪶 Birdwatching paradise
Over 500 bird species have been recorded in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area – perfect for bird lovers!

🏘️ Optional Maasai Village visit
Meet the Elders, Warriors, women & children and learn about the culture, beliefs, and traditions of Tanzania’s last nomadic tribe (extra cost).

🍽 Evening return to lodge
Head back to Flamingo Lodge for dinner and overnight stay after a day full of wildlife and culture.

Día 5: Lake Manyara → Arusha/Airport:

🌅 Full day game drive at Lake Manyara
Explore Lake Manyara National Park, stretching along the base of the Rift Valley escarpment, with stunning landscapes of open plains, Soda Lake, woodlands, and distant volcanic peaks.

🦁 Spot unique wildlife
See tree-climbing lions, tusked elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest, dik-dik, and mongoose in their natural habitat.

🪶 Birdwatching paradise
Over 400 bird species have been recorded, including thousands of pink-hued flamingos, pelicans, and storks – perfect for bird lovers!

🌳 Explore diverse habitats
Walk through giant fig trees, acacia woodlands, mahogany trees, and grassy flood plains – the contrasts are breathtaking.

🚐 Return to Arusha / Airport
In the late afternoon, head back to Arusha for your final evening or transfer to the airport.
